F.E.A.R. 3 is the third installment in the F.E.A.R. series seeing the return of the Point Man, Paxton Fettel, and Alma Wade. Developed by Day 1 Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive, a specially made F.E.A.R. 3 Collector’s Edition package was produced for PAL territories.
Included inside the creepy F.E.A.R. 3 Collector’s Edition is a copy of F.E.A.R. 3 the game, Mini-Comic, exclusive downloads, and an eerily scary Glow-in-the-Dark Pregnant Alma Figurine.
All the contents of the F.E.A.R. 3 Collector’s Edition come housed in hard cardboard packaging with a plastic viewing window so you can get a glimpse of the Pregnant Alma Figurine before you unbox it.
Once opened, you’ll find inside a copy of F.E.A.R. 3 an embossed exclusive steel bookcase. Accompanying the game is a F.E.A.R. 3 manual (more of a leaflet), as well as two extra download vouchers.
The first voucher unlocks the exclusive ‘The Hammer’ weapon for use in-game while the second is the F.E.A.R. 3 Pass, entitling the player access to two exclusive multiplayer modes and six maps unlocks.
DC Comics has produced a short color print mini-comic capturing the characters and events of F.E.A.R.
The final piece of the F.E.A.R. 3 Collector’s Edition puzzle is a 7″ tall Glow-in-the-Dark Pregnant Alma Figurine. The figurine is made of plastic and comes ready to display out of the box. Completely painted, the Alma figurine is dark and grotesque, yet strangely intriguing.
Alma really comes out to play at night when the lights go off. Her face, F.E.A.R. 3 base stand, and unborn child illuminate a bright glow that will probably keep a few up at night.
